 Our Guarantee
If for some reason your item is defective due to poor craftsmanship, we will repair or replace the item immediately.  We strive to offer quality handmade jewelry, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase.  Abuse or mistreatment causing items to break or be defective will be replaced or repaired at your expense

 General Policies
Ladybead.com specializes in providing high quality products and friendly service at a fair price. Most orders ship next day. All our US orders are shipped via USPS, unless FedEx Express is selected. Orders are shipped from Southern California, USA.

Shipping Update:

Ladybead.com no longer offers first class shipping. There have been too many problems with the Post Office taking weeks to deliver in the US and with International first class shipping there cannot be a claim filed on lost packages.
Please be advised that  on International Shipping Ladybead.com is not responsible for lost, damaged or open packages. Once a package has left the US it is out of our hands. We will file a claim on your behalf.

If you have any questions on ordering, returns, or policies, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-743-7890 M-Friday between the hours of 9 and 4 pm Pacific Standard Time, or you can Contact Us through our online form and we will get right back with you. We strive to offer custom unique items, that at times will have to be constructed according to your needs. At times these items can take time to create.  We will let you know an estimated delivery time on all custom made items, as I do try to keep a adequate stock of beads, most custom orders ship in about 4 business days, if it will take longer I will let you know. If you choose priority shipping but require your item in less than 1 week I cannot guarantee that you will receive your jewelry in time. If you choose the Express option please let me know when you need your item so I can be sure to make the deadline.

If you are an International Customer you are responsible for all Duties / Tariffs

 Returns/Exchanges
To return an item you must first obtain an RA# from us, to do this please contact us by email or telephone and we will issue a return authorization number. Please note we will not accept any returns without an RA# written on the outside of the returned package. Unwanted items may be returned for a refund less 20% , as long as they are received back in unworn condition within 10 days of receipt. I will work with you to ensure you are always happy with your purchase and that your jewelry fits comfortably. Please note that postage is non refundable and you are responsible for return postage. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after ten days of delivery confirmation date.  If you receive an item and change your mind and wish to exchange it for another item, you may return the item, but you must contact me by email or phone first to obtain an RA#,and return the item I will deduct 20% from the item (s) you are returning and apply the difference to the new pair and either refund the difference or you will need to pay an additional amount depending on which item you exchange it for. The cost to ship the item back to you in the US is S&H $3.00 for 1st class, or $5.95 for priority mail, note these prices are US,  International shipping will vary depending on the country.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds are less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to us. Once you get your RA# write it on the outside of the package and return it to the address we provide to you. We will not accept any returns without an RA# on the outside of the package

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days of receipt.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Closeout items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
All exchanges must be received in unused condition.
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us for an RA# You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and we will ship the product back to you at no additional cost. We work hard to be sure you are happy with your jewelry. Many times if the foot jewelry is too large or small there is no need to return the jewelry. We can simply send out a different size backing to you at no additional cost. The backing is the part of our foot jewelry that goes around the heel. These can be made to a custom size for a perfect fit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, Contact us to receive an RA# you must have an RA# to return your product to us. : 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Payments
Ladybead.com accepts payments PayPal or credit card.  All payments are made through our secure server.  Credit card payments are processed through our secure server with Authorize Net.  Ladybead.com accepts MasterCard, VISA, and, American Express.  

 Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless Express is preferred.  Shipping method is at your option.  All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation for our records.  Normal shipping time can vary between 2-4 days.

Priority takes about 7 business days to arrive, in the US and about 14 business days International Express mail in the US is 2-3 days. Express mail international is about 7 business days depending on customs.

If your country is not on the drop down list and you wish to purchase our jewelry payment must be made with a verified paypal account and only to a confirmed shipping address.

 *USPS Priority International shipping usually takes about 10 business days to arrive - but in some cases can take up to 30 days.*USPS Express Mail takes about 7 business days depending on your location, and is traceable
