Our Guarantee If for some reason your item is defective due to poor craftsmanship, we will repair or replace the item immediately. We strive to offer quality handmade jewelry, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Abuse or mistreatment causing items to break or be defective will be replaced or repaired at your expense General Policies Ladybead.com specializes in providing high quality products and friendly service at a fair price. Most orders ship next day. All our US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless express is selected. Orders are shipped from Southern California, USA If you have any questions on ordering, returns, or policies, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-743-7890 M-Friday between the hours of 9 and 4 pm Pacific Standard Time, or you can Contact Us through our online form and we will get right back with you. We strive to offer custom unique items, that at times will have to be constructed according to your needs. At times these items can take time to create. We will let you know an estimated delivery time on all custom made items, as I do try to keep a adequate stock of beads, most custom orders ship in about 4 business days, if it will take longer I will let you know. Returns/Exchanges To return an item you must first obtain an RA# from us, to do this please contact us by email or telephone and we will issue a return authorization number. Please note we will not accept any returns without an RA# written on the outside of the returned package. Unwanted items may be returned for a refund less 20% , as long as they are received back in unworn condition within 10 days of receipt. On custom items the refund is less 50% I will work with you to ensure you are always happy with your purchase and that your jewelry fits comfortably. Please note that postage is non refundable and you are responsible for return postage. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after ten days of delivery confirmation date. If you receive an item and change your mind and wish to exchange it for another item, you may return the item, but you must contact me by email or phone first to obtain an RA#,and return the item I will deduct 20% from the item (s) you are returning and apply the difference to the new pair and either refund the difference or you will need to pay an additional amount depending on which item you exchange it for. The cost to ship the item back to you is S&H $3.00 for 1st class, or $5.75 for priority mail, note these prices are US, International shipping will vary depending on the country. Payments Ladybead.com accepts payments of personal check, money order, PayPal or credit card. All payments are made through our secure server. Credit card payments are processed through our secure server with Authorize Net. Ladybead.com accepts MasterCard, VISA, and, American Express. If mailing payment with order, your order must be printed in full and accompany payment. If paying by personal check allow 3 weeks for delivery. There will be a $25.00 charge added on all returned checks. What is PayPal? PayPal makes sending money as easy as sending email. And unlike checks, which can take days to clear, PayPal transactions clear instantly, unless you do a Paypal check. When you do a paypal check it usually takes about 1 week to clear. No credit card or personal information is ever sent via email or other non-secure means. Your information is kept private. We do not share your private information with anyone. Shipping We ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless Express is preferred. Shipping method is at your option. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation for our records. Normal shipping time can vary between 2-4 days. If you have a question on your packages shipment, contact us by filling out the contact form Shipping Costs Priority Mail US $5.75 if you require tracking you should select Registered or Express. Express shipping to these countries is $32.00.
